经过漫长的等待电信断网电信断网，次日12月10日早上7点30分左右继续拨打10000，客服回复向上反映，无奈只能继续漫长的等待。早上9点58分安阳电信客服收到通知进行回访，询问情况，把情况又说了耐心等他们派工人，10点53分维修工人回访，说明在其他地方正在维修，昨日的障碍保修并没有收到派单，维修师傅告知他人维修完就过来，估计要到下午吃了饭上班过来维修。
11点继续拨打10000继续投诉，让然告知不能及时维修，需在等下午上班过来，经过耐心的交涉和商量，终于在12点过来了维修了。
该网友表示，对电信服务非常失望，昨天派单信息没有收到，那是电信内部沟通问题，昨日拨打的电话下单派到哪里了？
